Terms of Service

Blue Sky Motorsports, LLC Terms

Effective June 1, 2010

We are not attorneys and like plain English, so this is our good faith effort to explain our terms and policies. Please contact us if you have any questions.



Transmissions have a 3 month or 3,000 miles warranty on parts and workmanship. This applies to both rebuilt and pre-built transmissions. All other items are warranted to be free from defects from the manufacturers material, and workmanship prior to installation. There are no other warranties on products or services that are not listed in this agreement. Warranty is based upon the original invoice date shown on the sales invoice. A copy of the original invoice must be provided with any warranty request. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Before you make a warranty claim, please contact us in advance.


All products and services sold are warranted for normal driving conditions only. This means that your warranty will be null and void if the products or parts that were serviced are used for racing purposes or are abused. While we realize that our products or services may be used in racing or abusive situations, the purchaser must understand that this type of use can create unforseen or abusive situations, which is why we can't make any promises or warranty any product or service that is used in this way. We also can't be held liable for any personal or property damage caused by the use or misuse of any of our products or services.

Return Policy

We want you to be a happy customer. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. However, you must notify us prior to returning any items. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back. Items must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as shipped to you within 30 days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice. Once we have received the returned item and have verified that it meets the above guidelines, a full refund for the item will be issued. We do reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Unclaimed Property

Occasionally a customer may not respond to our attempts to contact them. In this case, any item left unclaimed for 120 days becomes the property of Blue Sky Motorsports, LLC. During that time every reasonable attempt to contact you will be made. Our goal is to prevent clutter from unclaimed items and not to find an excuse to claim your property.


Your privacy is important to us. Any information that you provide will be only be used to aid in the processing of your order. We do not give, rent or sell your personal information to third parties. The only exceptions are when required to do so by law, court order or as a requirement to process your order.
